We manufacture four main types of industrial boilers at our factory in China:

Biomass Steam Boilers: Capacity from 0.3T/h to 5T/h. These are designed for Southeast Asian fuels like rice husk, palm kernel shell, wood chips, and coconut shell. Thermal efficiency reaches 95%–98%.

Oil/Gas Fired Steam Boilers: Capacity from 0.5T/h to 2T/h. Thermal efficiency up to 95%–101%. Automatic control system ensures stable operation.

Electric Steam Boilers: Capacity from 50kg/h to 1000kg/h. No on-site emissions, compact size – good for areas with strict environmental rules.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Systems: Our patented technology achieves 90% water recovery rate (industry standard is only 50–60%). Self-cleaning membrane, fully automated.

Our boilers are designed to be fuel-efficient, which helps reduce your operating costs:

Gas/Oil Fired Boilers: Thermal efficiency up to 95%–101%.

Our boilers operate within these standard ranges:

Steam Boilers: Working pressure ≤0.8 MPa, steam temperature ≤171°C.
Hot Water Boilers: Outlet temperature ≤85°C.
Thermal Oil Boilers: Temperature up to 320°C.

We can also customize the pressure and temperature to match your specific process requirements.

Our biomass boilers are designed to handle various fuels commonly available in Southeast Asia, including wood chips and sawdust, rice husk and rice straw pellets, palm kernel shells (PKS), coconut shell and bagasse, straw briquettes. We can optimize the combustion system based on what fuel you have available and its moisture content.

To provide you with an accurate quote, at minimum we need to know:

• Required steam or hot water capacity (T/h or kcal/h)
• What you'll use it for (heating, process, swimming pool, etc.)
• What fuel is available for you

It depends on the type of boiler you need:

Standard products: We'll respond initially within 24 hours, and provide a detailed quote within 48 hours.
Custom solutions: 3–5 working days, because our engineers need time to review your specific requirements.

We provide a complete set of customs clearance documents including Certificate of Origin (CO), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CE Certification, ISO 9001 Certificate, and Bill of Lading (B/L). We're familiar with Southeast Asian import regulations and can provide additional documentation if needed.
